Home Support Services
We don’t provide a rigid list of jobs that our Home Support Workers carry out because we recognise that every customer is individual and will have different needs.
You tell us what Home Support Services you need, so we can spend the time doing the things you want support with most. You will have the same home supporter at every visit so that they get to know you and your home well. That way they can deliver the services that you require.
All of our services are offered weekly and fortnightly at an affordable rate. We charge per hour through a short-term contract, which means you can call upon our services when you need us most. All of our Home Support Workers are fully insured, and DBS checked for your peace of mind.

Domestic Cleaning
Whether you need a helping hand or you work long hours when it comes to cleaning, let us support you. Our Home Supporters provide cleaning services from regular cleans to deep cleans. We charge per hour and there is no long term contract, which means you can call upon our services when you need us most.

Shopping
When you need a companion or an extra pair of hands to help carry the shopping, we are always willing to support you. We can go shopping with a list and always make sure we get the longest dates possible when choosing the perishable goods, we will choose carefully as though we are shopping for ourselves making the best choices.

Laundry and ironing
We are happy to put your clothes and bedding in the washing machine with your favourite washing detergent, and we will transfer the washing to your dryer ready for ironing. If ironing is a chore you don’t have time for, we can iron your clothes, put them on hangers and we will put them away in your wardrobe at your request.

Bed making
We can straighten your sheets to make your bed up the way you like it, or we will strip the bed and make the bed back up with freshly laundered sheets.

Medication prompt
If you need a prompt for when medication needs taking, we can have that service included in your plan, ensuring you don’t miss an important dose.
We collect prescription, also ensure safe storage and report any medication concerns to professionals & family.

Meal preparation
If you struggle in the kitchen due to time or ability we can help in many ways. The Home supporter will cater to your preferred recipes and cooking styles, and we will even wash up if requested to do so.

Other Services
Other services may include deep cleaning, watering your indoor plants, feeding the family pet or helping with the refuse. Our deep cleaning services are for when you need that extra level of cleaning. That might be for example when you want a spring clean, or when you have had some building work done, or perhaps an end of tenancy/house sale clean when you move house.
Help And Support
We are accredited and regulated by Telford & Wrekin Council. Our aim is to help everyone. I am passionate about assisting our elderly population to remain independent in their own homes by providing support with housekeeping and shopping as well as allowing busy people more opportunity to enjoy time friends and family.
I have worked in a variety of settings including residential care, supported living, supporting young adults with learning disabilities in homes or out on the community.
